2. How We Use Information

All data mentioned above is stored entirely on your local device using platform-standard storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.

We use this local data solely to:
- Remember your reading progress
- Remember your language preference
- Remember your current page position

3. Third-Party Services

HanThousandWen does NOT integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:
- Google Analytics
- Firebase
- Facebook SDK
- Any advertising networks
- Any data collection SDKs

The only external service used is the device's built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine, which is a native operating system feature. When you tap the "Read" button, the text is spoken aloud by your device's local TTS engine. No audio data is recorded, transmitted, or stored.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud services that store your data. The data stored locally is:
- Reading progress
- Language preference
- Current page position

This data can be deleted at any time by:
- Clearing the App's data through your device settings
- Uninstalling the App

5. Children's Privacy

HanThousandWen is an educational application suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information at all, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
